A childhood friend and client who lived out of town wanted to clean up his rental for sale. With a tight budget the property was cleaned up and put on the market. This series of photos is a reduced version of a set of photos that was posted on the internet for two reasons; 1) for marketing, naturally! and 2) to allow the client to view the work that was done and the final results on the internet!

And the good news is he sold for the price he wanted!
