The word wizard may
come from the Persian word Wazir.
Wazirs belonged to the ruling classes
of the civizations of Central
Asia.
Wazirs were also called Tajik, men of the pen or wise men.
The term wizard is a bastard child of Wazir brought to the West by the
knights of the First Crudsade and was typically bestowed upon men of learning,
the
Alchemists.
Life was forged in the valleys.

I.
In the "War To End All Wars" he had been a non-combatant ambulance
driver and stretcher-bearer.

two plane crashes (on consecutive
days), a ruptured kidney,
a ruptured spleen, a
ruptured liver, a
crushed vertebra and a

than once (no wonder he had headaches).

given the title of the 'Lost Generation' due to WWI.
Ezra Pound was a mentor during this
period.
Ernest Hemingway was married four times.
Ernest
Hemingway's book The Old Man and the Sea published in 1952 won him the
Pulitzer Prize in 1953 and
the Nobel Prize
in Literature in 1954.
J. Edgard Hoover had
personally placed him under FBI
survelliance.
Ernest
Hemingway suffered repeated head injuries, had
mental breakdowns, struggled
with depression, was
thought to be an
alcoholic and died of a self
inflicted gunshot wound to the head at 61.
Ernest Hemingway
committed suicide at his
vacation retreat in Ketchum, Idaho after being discharged from a
psychiatric ward
at the Mayo Clinic in
Rochester where he received a series of
electroshock
"treatments" (ECT); diagnosed as depression from experiencing the
horror of
World War I exaggerated by multiple
head injuries.
