"Meditate profoundly, that
secret things unseen
may be revealed unto you, that you may
inhale the sweetness of a
spiritual imperishable fragrance.
The Almighty hath tried
His servants, so
light may be discerned from darkness,
truth from
falsehood,
right from wrong,
guidance from error,
happiness from
misery, and
roses from thorns." -
Bahá'u'lláh
"At
the beginning of your meditation you should say to yourself:
'I will not allow my mind to be
distracted by anticipation of
the future nor will I let my mind
stray toward memories of the past.
I will remain
focused on
this present moment.'
Once cultivated take the space between as
the object of meditation -
simply maintain
awareness, free of conceptual
imagery." - Tenzin Gyatso
"The beginning
of meditation is self-knowledge.
This means being
aware of every movement of
emotion.
Knowing all the layers
of my consciousness.
Not only the
superficial layers but the
hidden, the deeply
concealed activities.
To know
hidden motives,
responses,
thoughts and
feelings, there must be
tranquility in the conscious
mind; that is the
conscious mind must be still in order to receive the
projection of the
subconscious." - J. Krishnamurti
"The meditation process allows
for a transformation of
the self-focused state of mind which
seeks to satisfy desire and
avoid discomforts.
In the meditative process
we gain control over stimulation of the
mind and guide it in a more virtuous
direction away from its self-centered path.
Meditation diminishes the force of old thought
habits and develops new ones.
We thereby protect ourselves from
engaging in actions of mind or deed that
lead to our suffering." -
Tenzin Gyatso
"Sitting around doing nothing goes
against our cultural programming.
Some people feel during
empty moments or deliberate
experiments at meditation: a churning unease that says, "I should be doing
something."
This cultural compulsion is so strong that even spiritual
practices such as meditation and prayer are easily converted into just another
chore.
The first step
to freedom is simply to allow yourself to fully feel.
This is where
the true benefit of meditation lies." -
Charles
Eisenstein
meditation is defined as:reflection
cultivate consciousness
calm lengthy intent
contemplation
turning inward
seeking enlightenment
freeing the consciousness
stream by giving up agency
No one, regardless of
hydration, can survive more than 5 days without water.
At atmospheric
pressure, air contains 21 percent oxygen.
We die of anoxia when that
concentration drops past 11 percent.
Too much oxygen kills gradually,
causing inflammation of the lungs.
We pass out when the pressure drops
below 57 percent of atmospheric pressure equivalent to that at an
altitude of 15,000 feet (4,572 meters).
Acclimate climbers gradually
adapt to the drop in oxygen, but no one survives long without an oxygen tank
above 26,000 feet (7925 m).
People can live indefinitely in a range
between 40° F and 95° F, if the latter temperature occurs at no more
than 50% relative humidity.
Normal body temperature is 98.6°
Fahrenheit.
Mild hypothermia sets at 95°, amnesia at 91°, loss
of consciousness at 82°.
Anything below 70° and you're at
death's door.
The highest temperature at which the human body can
sustain life is 108° Fahrenheit for a very brief period as essential bodily
proteins die at 105°.
Self-knowledge is
critical for survival.

When you
cannot do anything the meditation flowers.
To go inwards looks
like entering chaos.
And it is so;
inside you have forged a
chaos.
You have to
encounter it and go through it.
Allow
yourself to see yourself as you truly are.
Courage is required
to take the inward
journey and face the
abyss.
There is
no greater
courage than to be
meditative.
In haste nobody can come to
know himself.
Infinite patience is
needed to transform the
darkness.
Over
time there comes a light from an unrecognizable source.
There is
no flame in it,
no lamp is burning,
no sun is there.
A rising light as in morning
twilight.
"If you really want
to know yourself search out your
heart and your mind.
When there is the
intention to know, you will
know.
Without condemnation or justification
follow every movement of
thought.
Follow every emotion as it
arises.
Following
every thought and feeling as it arises brings about tranquility.
Not
compelled, not regimented, the outcome of having
no contradictions.
The pool becomes
peaceful, quiet, in the
evening when there is no wind.
When the mind is still, the
immeasurable emerges." - J. Krishnamurti
"In that light, for the
first time you start to understand
yourself, who you are, because
you are of that light.
You are that twilight,
that sandhya, that pure clarity, that perception, where
the observer and the observed
disappear, and only the light
remains." - Osho |

This web site is not a commercial web site and
is presented for educational purposes only.

This website defines a
new perspective
with which to engage reality to which its author adheres. The author feels that
the falsification of reality outside personal experience has forged a populace
unable to discern propaganda from reality and that this has been done
purposefully by an international corporate cartel through their agents who wish
to foist a corrupt version of reality on the human race.
Religious intolerance
occurs when any group refuses to tolerate religious practices, religious
beliefs or persons due to their religious ideology. This web site marks the
founding of a system of philosophy named The Truth of the Way of the
Lumière Infinie - a rational
gnostic mystery
religion based on reason which requires no leap of faith, accepts no
tithes, has no supreme leader, no church buildings and in which each and every
individual is encouraged to develop a personal relation with the Creator and
Sustainer through the pursuit of the knowledge of reality in the hope of curing
the spiritual corruption that has enveloped the human spirit. The tenets of The
Truth of the Way of the Lumière Infinie are spelled out in detail on
this web site by the author. Violent acts against individuals due to their
religious beliefs in America is considered a "hate crime."
This web site
in no way condones violence. To the contrary the intent here is to reduce the
violence that is already occurring due to the international corporate cartels
desire to control the human
race. The international corporate cartel already controls the world
economic system, corporate media worldwide, the global industrial military
entertainment complex and is responsible for the collapse of morals, the
elevation of self-centered behavior and the destruction of global ecosystems.
Civilization is based on coöperation. Coöperation does not occur at
the point of a gun.
American social mores and values have declined
precipitously over the last century as the corrupt international cartel has
garnered more and more power. This power rests in the ability to deceive the
populace in general through corporate media by pressing emotional buttons which
have been preprogrammed into the population through prior mass media
psychological operations. The results have been the destruction of the family
and the destruction of social structures that do not adhere to the corrupt
international elites vision of a
perfect world. Through distraction and coercion the direction of thought of
the bulk of the population has been directed toward solutions proposed by the
corrupt international elite that further consolidates their power and which
further their purposes.
