Selfless states of
consciousness include a lack of
fear.
Ignorance of

Obsession spawns a state of
destructive emotion.
A mind in

Self-affirmation is limited to
the things ego conceives

Consciously noting, rather than ignoring, emotions can

conceptualization of self
into true ideas of

Recognizing emotion as a part of nature

greater self-knowledge.
