To make matters worse, this intimidation to vaccinate is played out in an environment where WHO and vaccine manufacturers have been accused of scandalous misrepresentations of disease risk, vaccine safety and effectiveness.

Virion particles share stunning similarities to naturally occurring virus-like particles produced by all living cells called exosomes.

They contain biologically active molecules, such as proteins and lipids, as well as information-containing ones like RNAs, very similar, to the types of contents you find in viral particles.

Coronavirus (CoVs), enveloped positive-sense retrovirus, are characterized by club-like spikes that project from their surface, an unusually large RNA genome, and a unique replication strategy.

Coronavirus are positive RNA-enveloped virus.

HCoV-229E and HCoV-OC43 were discovered in the mid-1960s.

They are a well-known cause of the common cold.

The Coronaviridae family is further subclassified into two genera:

α coronavirus (HCoV-229E and HCoV-NL63) and β coronavirus (HCoV-HKU1, HCoV-OC43, Middle East respiratory syndrome [MERS]-HCoV, and SARS-HCoV).

HCoV-NL63 infection causes respiratory tract infection, pneumonia and croup.

In 2012 MERS-HCoV was identified in the Middle East.

Understanding Human Coronavirus HCoV-NL63

The discovery of the HCoV-NL63 and other novel human coronavirus does not necessarily represent a sudden increase in emerging infections by 'new' coronavirus.

In the early 1960s, viral agents causing upper respiratory tract infections were isolated from patients and were subsequently shown to be coronavirus by electron microscopy.

At least four of these were shown to be serologically distinct from the known coronavirus at the timeHCoV-NL63 has been shown to infect mainly children and the immunocommpromised, who presented with either mild upper respiratory symptoms (cough, fever and rhinorrhoea) or more serious lower respiratory tract involvement such as bronchiolitis and croup, which was observed mainly in younger children.

HCoV-NL63 is the aetiological agent for up to 10% of all respiratory diseases.

Mode of Entry into the Cell: It is well documented that SARS-CoV and HCoV-NL63 use the same receptor, angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE)-2, for entry into the host cell.

SARS-CoV causes severe respiratory distress, while HCoV-NL63 might lead to a mild respiratory infection.

This was attributed to the ability of each virus receptor-binding protein, spike glycoprotein, to bind to ACE-2 on the cell surface.

It was found that the HCoV-NL63 spike glycoprotein has a weaker interaction with ACE-2 than the SARS-CoV spike glycoprotein.

This lower-affinity interaction with ACE-2 might partly explain the different pathological consequences of infection by SARS-CoV and HCoV-NL63.

High pathogenicity is expected to evolve with coronavirus.

As for HCoV-NL63, the possibility of the development of a recombinant virus variant is high because of its high prevalence and the possibility of a recombination event through co-infection.

Moreover, the virus is able to survive for up to seven days in an aqueous solution and respiratory secretions and remains infective at room temperature.

In heavily populated regions, direct person-to-person transmission is considered the major route of HCoV-NL63 spread.

Donaldson and colleagues have reported the assembly of a full-length infectious HCoV-NL63 clone, which will make the study of this virus easier, improving our understanding of the role of each of the proteins encoded by the HCoV-NL63 genome.

Continuous cultures of porcine turbinate cells (PT-K75) and primary chicken embryo epithelial kidney cells supported SARS-CoV replication.

The date that PDCoV was introduced into the United States is unknown.

The sequenced PDCoV samples were from a similar geographic location, the 99.9%100% nt identity does not correlate with the possible genetic diversity within the United States.

An alternate hypothesis would indicate that PDCoV has been an undiagnosed pathogen of pigs in the United States and, like RVB, has been circulating there for an extended period or that PDCoV might be a secondary infection to other enteric pathogens.

Few threats to human health have the potential to cause more impact than emerging zoonoses.

More than half of all known human pathogens have their origins in animals.

It is the threat posed by these unknown, yet-to-emerge pathogens that requires a reinvigorated and sustainable pathogen detection network based on One Health principles to prevent a global widespread pandemic resulting from a zoonotic agent.

Coronavirus From Bats Devastates Young Swine

A newly identified coronavirus that killed nearly 25,000 piglets in 2016-17 in China emerged from horseshoe bats near the origin of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV), which emerged in 2002 in the same bat species.

The new virus is named swine acute diarrhea syndrome coronavirus (SADS-CoV).

It does not appear to infect people, unlike SARS-CoV which infected more than 8,000 people and killed 774.

No SARS-CoV cases have been identified since 2004.

The study investigators identified SARS-CoV on four pig farms in Chinas Guangdong Province.

Lab-Made Coronavirus Triggers Debate

Ralph Baric, an infectious-disease observer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, published a study on his team's efforts to engineer a virus with the surface protein of the SHC014 coronavirus, found in horseshoe bats in China, and the backbone of one that causes human-like severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in mice.

The hybrid virus could infect human airway cells and caused disease in mice, according to the teams results, which were published in Nature Medicine.

The results demonstrate the ability of the SHC014 surface protein to bind and infect human cells, validating concerns that this virusor other coronavirus found in bat speciesmay be capable of making the leap to people without first evolving in an intermediate host, Nature reported.
They also reignite a debate about whether that information justifies the risk of such work, known as gain-of-function research.

If the [new] virus escaped, nobody could predict the trajectory, Simon Wain-Hobson, a virologist at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, told Nature.

The simplest way to judge whether we have an exceptionally lethal disease is to look at the death rates.

Are more people dying than we would expect to die anyway in a given week or month?

Statistically, we would expect about 51,000 to die in Britain this month.

At the time of writing, 422 deaths are linked to Covid-19 so 0.8 per cent of that expected total.

On a global basis, wed expect 14 million to die over the first three months of the year.

The worlds 18,944 coronavirus deaths represent 0.14 per cent of that total.

These figures might shoot up but they are, right now, lower than other infectious diseases that we live with (such as flu).

Not figures that would, in and of themselves, cause drastic global reactions.

Initial reported figures from China and Italy suggested a death rate of 5 per cent to 15 per cent, similar to 1918 Kansas pandemic.

China installed the first of a planned five to seven biolabs designed for maximum safety in Wuhan in 2017, for the purpose of studying the most high-risk pathogens, including the Ebola and the SARS virus.

The news that COVID-19 bats were under research there means that a leak from the Wuhan laboratory can no longer be completely ruled out.

A second institute in the city, the Wuhan Centre for Disease Control which is barely three miles from the market is also believed to have carried out experiments on animals such as bats to examine the transmission of coronavirus.

The Wuhan Institute, which keeps more than 1,500 strains of deadly virus, specializes in the research of 'the most dangerous pathogens', in particular the virus carried by bats.

Chinese officials decided to build the institute after the country was ravaged by an outbreak of SARS in 2002 and 2003.

SARS, another kind of coronavirus, killed 775 people and infected more than 8,000 globally in an epidemic.

Nonstructural protein inhibits host gene expression
and is critical for viral virulence

Coronavirus are enveloped, single-stranded retrovirus that are distributed worldwide.

Using a reverse-genetics system based on CRISPR/Cas9 technology to construct a recombinant TGEV in which this specific nsp1 motif was altered, we found that this mutation does not affect virus replication in cell culture but significantly reduces TGEV pathogenicity in pigs.

Alphacoronavirus and betacoronavirus harbor nonstructural protein 1 (nsp1), which performs multiple functions in inhibiting antiviral host responses.

One century later, on July 11, 2012, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (the largest private foundation in the world) and the British government will co-host a new London conference on eugenics with global coalition partners such as American abortion chain Planned Parenthood, British abortion chain Marie Stopes International, and the United Nations Populations Fund (UNFPA).

Sheffield group was able to match up hospitalization data with the sequencing of 453 individual patients, and they found no correlation of hospitalization status with the mutant form.

Trevor Bedford and the UW group independently checked for this and had the same result: no apparent effect on severity of disease.
