"From the farmers' point of view, cannabis is an
easy crop to grow and will yield from three to six tons per acre on nearly any
land including marginal lands.
Cannabis has a short growing season, so
that it can be planted after other crops are in.
Cannabis can be grown
in any state of the union.
The long roots penetrate and break the
soil to leave it in perfect condition for the next year's crop.
The
dense shock of leaves, eight to twelve feet about the ground, chokes out weeds.
Two successive crops are enough to reclaim land that has been abandoned
because of Canadian thistles or quack grass." - Jack Herer

"Throughout Western Europe hemp was famed for its
healing properties.
Many considered the properties of hemp seed
magical.
Farmers fed hemp to livestock to encourage good health." -
Will Bolden1763 to
1769
It is against the law in Virginia to refuse to grow
hemp.
late 1700's
George Washington and
Thomas Jefferson are growing hemp.
Benjamin Franklin owns one of
the first hemp paper mills in
America.
late 1800s
Cannabis indica is used in
treating addiction.
Opiate,
chloral hydrate, and
alcohol addicts are
successfully treated with potent cannabis extracts.
War of 1812
Napoleon Bonaparte attempts to de-rig
the English Navy by invading Russia to cut off the export of hemp to England.
Hemp sails and rigging have to replaced every two years.
Hemp
sails and rigging cost five times the wood in
a newly commissioned
ship!
90% of all ships' sails and rope are made from hemp for
thousands of years.
The word 'canvas' is Dutch for cannabis.
80%
of all textiles, fabrics, clothes, linen, drapes, bed sheets, etc. were made
from hemp until the 1820s with the introduction of the cotton gin.
The
first Bibles, maps, charts, Betsy Ross's flag, the first drafts of the
Declaration of
Independence and the Constitution of the United States of
America were made from hemp.
Schoolbooks are made from hemp or
flax.
Rembrants, Gainsboroughs, Van Goghs as well as most early canvas
paintings were principally painted on hemp linen.
Hemp is the largest
cash crop until the cotton takes over in
1803.
1850 Kentucky produces 40,000 tons.
1908 The first Model-T built by
Henry Ford runs on hemp oil
and the body parts are constructed from hemp.
Henry Ford creates hemp
plastic panels that have an impact strength 10 times stronger than
steel.
Henry Ford grows his own
hemp.
1916 United States Department of
Agriculture Bulletin #404 concluded that hemp produces 4 times as much pulp
with at least 4 to 7 times less pollution than wood pulp.
Hemp is the
first cash crop in America to exceed a billion dollars in value in a
year.
"Anslinger was not trained in medicine or
psychiatry yet he often used
clinical descriptions of bizarre behavior that he attributed to the use of
drugs." - John J. Coleman
1917 to 1928 Andrew
William Mellon, Secretary of the Treasury for
Herbert Hoover and the primary
DuPont investor, appoints his
nephew-in-law, Harry Jacob Anslinger, to head the Federal Bureau of
Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs.
Harry Jacob Anslinger, widely
credited for shaping
international drug policies, works for various military and police
organizations.
The Federal Bureau of Narcotics, like the
Bureau of Prohibition, is under the auspices of the Treasury Department as
the undeclared trade of alcohol and drugs is considered a loss of
revenue.

late 1920s early
1930s Anslinger shifts
focus.
Although
Anslinger did not consider
cannabis a serious threat
to American society he was willing to help the oligarchs
attempt to replace natural substances with
a petrochemical monopoly.
DuPont petrochemical interests and
Hearst lumber
interests create the highly sensational media blitz of 'yellow journalism'
focusing on an anti-marijuana campaign to eliminate hemp as an industrial
competitor.
Hearst newspapers run stories claiming "marihuana", an
addictive narcotic causes shocking acts of violence, incurable insanity and
destroys morality.
White women would be seduced by "jazz and darkies"
to commit murder.
Few people, at the time, realized that the deadly
menace they had been reading about on William Randolph Hearst's front pages was
in fact hemp.
The American Medical Association understood
cannabis as a MEDICINE found in numerous
healing concoctions sold for over a hundred years.

early 1930s
Members of the League
of Nations began implemented restrictions on cannabis.
'Reefer
Madness' (1936), 'Marihuana: Assassin of Youth' (1935) and
'Marihuana: The Devil's Weed' (1936) are
propaganda
movies.
This iss industrial propaganda designed to
replace:
hemp fiber for paper with
tree fiber;
hemp fiber for clothing with cotton fiber;
hemp fiber for
rigging with nylon;
natural healing
medicines with manufactured petrochemicals.
1936
DuPont patents the processes to
make plastic and plastic
fibers from oil and
coal.
These process' are taken from the
Germans as war reparations.
DuPont Annual Report urges
stockholders to invest in its new
petrochemical
division.
Synthetics such as plastics, cellophane, celluloid,
methanol, nylon,
rayon, Dacron®, PVC , could be made from
oil.
Natural hemp
agricultural industrialization would have ruined over 80% of DuPont business.
William Randolph
Hearst and the Hearst Paper Manufacturing Division of Kimberly Clark owned
vast acreage of timberlands.
The Hearst Company supplied most wood pulp
paper products.
Marihuana Tax Act of 1937
"We cannot understand yet, Mr. Chairman, why this
bill should have been prepared in secret for two years without any intimation,
even to the profession, that it was being prepared." - Dr. James Woodward
"58,000 tons of hemp seeds were used in America for
paint products." - Sherwin-Williams testimony
about the previous year
"Hemp was America's number one analgesic for 60
years before the discovery of aspirin around 1900.
From 1842 to 1900,
cannabis made up half of all medicine sold, with virtually no fear of its high.
There are more than 60 therapeutic compounds in cannabis that are
healing agents in medical and herbal treatments." - Jack HererAugust 2, 1937 The
Constitution did not provide sufficient authority to regulate a substance grown
and distributed throughout the states.
Congress settled on a "tax" act
because the Constitution provided Congress the unlimited power to levy and
collect taxes.
The bill that outlawed hemp was brought directly to the
House Ways and Means Committee.
Chairman of the Ways and
Means, Robert Doughton a DuPont
stockholder and a close associate
of Mellon, assures passage.
"I wish I could show you what a small
marihuana cigarette can do to one of our
degenerate Spanish-speaking
residents.
That's why our problem is so great; the greatest
percentage of our population is composed of
Spanish speaking persons most of whom
are low mentally, because of social and racial conditions." -
Federal Bureau of Narcotics Commissioner Harry Jacob Anslinger testimony
before the House Ways and Means Committee
Dr. James Woodward
denounces the Marihuana Tax Law claiming fraud as the American Medical Association
had not been informed 'marihuana' was cannabis.
"No definite scientific
study of the effects of marihuana was presented to substantiate the position
that marihuana was a dangerous drug.
No synthesis of available
scientific information was submitted nor was there any statement by the
Public Health Service.
Neither of the government's own public
health experts, Assistant Surgeon General, Dr. Walter Treadway, and Dr.
Lawrence Kolb, testified, nor did Drs. Walter Bromberg or JF Siler who had
recently published scientific articles on the effects of cannabis in humans." -
National Commission on Marijuana and Drug Abuse
The most useful crop known to man becomes a
dangerous narcotic with the stroke of a pen (spellbinding).
The
people and ecology of the Earth have been suffering ever since.
The ecological damage visited
upon the Earth may be irreversible.

1942
US Department of Agriculture produces a 14-minute film, 'Hemp for
Victory', encouraging and instructing 'patriotic American farmers' to grow
350,000 acres of hemp each year for the war effort.
"Through a
report released in 1983 under the Freedom of Information Act, it was discovered
(after 40 years of secrecy) that Anslinger was appointed to a top-secret
committee to create a "truth serum" for the
Office of Strategic Service (OSS),
which evolved into the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
Anslinger and
his spy group picked, as America's first truth serum, "honey oil", a much
purer, almost tasteless form of hash oil made from
cannabis sativa, to be
administered in food to spies, saboteurs, military prisoners and the like, to
make them unwittingly "spill the truth."
Fifteen months later marijuana
extracts were discontinued by Anslinger's group as America's first truth serum
because it was noted that they didn't work all the time.
The people
being interrogated would often giggle or laugh hysterically at their captors,
get paranoid, or have insatiable desires for food.
Also, the report
noted that American OSS agents and other interrogation groups started using the
honey oil illegally themselves.
In Anslinger's OSS group's final report
on marijuana as a truth serum, there was no mention of violence caused by the
drug!
In fact, the opposite was indicated."
- Jack Herer
Mayor's Committee on Marihuana New York Academy of Medicine

1950s Under the
communist threat voiced by
Senator Joe McCarthy, Harry J.
Anslinger now says marijuana will pacify a soldier and they would not want to
fight the communists.
This extreme passivism was proved wrong
empirically in Vietnam.
1960s Gateway theory
takes hold when marijuana becomes the leading new recreational drug surpassing
tobacco even though there is no scientific evidence for the theory that
marijuana is a "gateway" drug.
The cannabis-using cultures in
Asia, the
Middle East,
Africa and
Latin America show no propensity for
other drugs.
In the eighties when
cocaine abuse exploded
marijuana use declined.
'NOT linked to depression, lung cancer or asthma in later
life'
1972 The Shafer Report
commissioned by Richard
Nixon and named after former Pennsylvania Governor Raymond Shafer,
concludes that "neither the marijuana user nor the drug itself can be said to
constitute a danger to public safety" and urged the government to stop
penalizing marijuana smokers for personal use or distribution.
1974 California Governor Ronald Reagan
hires Robert G. Heath to asphyxiate Rhesus monkeys.
Reports of the study
are distributed through the hierarchy of drug rehabilitation professionals and
used to terrorize parent groups, church organizations, etc., who redistribute
it still further.
1980 NORML receives - after
six years of requests and suing the government - an accurate accounting of the
research procedures used in the Robert G. Heath's report:
Rhesus monkeys
were strapped into a chair and then strapped into
gas masks and given the
equivalent of 63 Colombian strength joints in "five minutes, thru the gas
masks" losing no smoke.
The monkeys inhale large amounts of carbon
monoxide due to the burning of 63
joints in five minutes.
Carbon
monoxide kills brain cells and is given off by any burning
object.
The Heath Monkey study is actually a study in animal
asphyxiation and carbon monoxide poisoning.
Much larger monkey studies,
one by Dr. William Slikker of the National Center for Toxicological
Research and the other by Charles Rebert and Gordon Pryor of SRI
International, found no evidence of physical alteration in the brains of
monkeys exposed to daily doses of cannabis for up to a year.
Human
studies of heavy cannabis users in Jamaica and Costa Rica found
no evidence of abnormalities in
brain physiology.
1978 300,000 people are in
American prisons
for all crimes combined.
5x tax is being spent on building schools
rather than on building prisons.
1992 to 2003
Those who admit using PHRMA to 'catch a buzz' nearly doubles
from 7.8 million to 15.1 million.
1999 to 2004
Unintentional overdoses of psychotherapeutic chemicals including
sleeping pills,
antiDepressants
and antiPyschotics
resulting in death grows 84%.
2005
Scientists from King's College at the University of London
determine that people trying to juggle phone calls, e-mail and other routine
office distractions suffered a greater loss of
IQ than someone smoking cannabis.
2006
700,000 people in America are admitted to emergency room
care for adverse reactions to prescribed drugs according to JAMA.
"If I had every
problem the television ads say I do - breathing, lifting, walking, sitting,
sleeping and my toes rotting off -
I'd welcome death. Drug
companies are pushers, and Congress and the
FDA are the cop on the
beat who's been paid off to look the other way. Is there anything more
laughable than the thought that the
FDA is protecting anything
but the profit margins of pharmaceutical companies?" -
Bill Maher, 4/27/06
2007 There are
almost 2 million people in prison, 800,000 in jail and the penal system
supports 300,000 jail guards.
Federal and state spending for new
schools has dwindled to less than one-fifth that of prison building
expenditures.
"Drug offenders, most of them passive users or minor
dealers, are swamping our prisons. 47.5% of all the drug arrests in 2007 were
for marijuana offenses. Nearly 60% of the people in state prisons serving time
for a drug offense have no history of violence or of any significant selling
activity. Four out of five drug arrests were for possession of illegal
substances, while only one in five was for sales. Three-quarters of the drug
offenders in our state prisons were there for nonviolent or purely drug
offenses." - Senator Jim Webb (D-Va.)
2008
American College of Physicians calls for rigorous scientific
evaluation of the potential therapeutic benefits of medical marijuana and an
evidence-based review of marijuana's status as a
Schedule I controlled
substance.
More than 700,000 of the America's 20-million cannabis users
are arrested for marijuana possession. Between 1998 to 2008 there are over
5,000,000 arrests on 'marijuana' charges.
November 10, 2009
American Medical
Association urges the
federal government to reconsider its classification of marijuana as a
dangerous drug with no accepted medical use.
The California Medical
Association passed resolutions that declared the criminalization of
marijuana a failed public health policy and called on the organization to take
part in the debate on changing current policy.
The ingestion of cannabis
has the following positive effects:
relieves
asthma; relieves
glaucoma; reduces many types of tumors; is the best treatment for many types of
epilepsy;
the best muscle relaxant, back
spasm medicine and general antispasmodic medication;
cannabidiols have
antibiotic uses; as a topical analgesic in the treatment of arthritis,
herpes, cystic fibrosis and
rheumatism; the
best natural expectorant; lowers blood pressure,
dilates the arteries and reduces body temperature an average of one-half
degree, thereby relieving stress and
migraine; and alleviating
nausea while increasing appetite.
Cannabidiol from cannabis sativa is
the best treatment for other neurological disorders such as
Parkinson's and
Alzheimer's
diseases.
National
Institute of Mental Health reports that cannabis smoke is the only
medicine known on Earth that can fully stop the
brain damage
after a stroke occurs:
(1) by causing the arteries to enlarge and
allowing virtually any clot to flow harmlessly through the brain and
(2) by stopping the
production of glutamate, which poisons and kills brain cells after the
blood clot is in place.
One puff of 'ditch
weed' from Iowa will stop the aftereffects of 95% of all strokes,
virtually ending
paralysis, speech loss and coma
resulting from strokes.

This website defines a
new perspective with which to engage reality to which its author adheres. The
author feels that the falsification of reality outside personal experience has
forged a populace unable to discern propaganda from reality and that this has
been done purposefully by an international corporate cartel through their
agents who wish to foist a corrupt version of reality on the human race.
Religious intolerance occurs when any group refuses to tolerate religious
practices, religious beliefs or persons due to their religious ideology. This
web site marks the founding of a system of philosophy named The Truth of the
Way of the Lumière Infinie - a rational gnostic mystery religion based
on reason which requires no leap of faith, accepts no tithes, has no supreme
leader, no church buildings and in which each and every individual is
encouraged to develop a personal relation with the Creator and Sustainer
through the pursuit of the knowledge of reality in the hope of curing the
spiritual corruption that has enveloped the human spirit. The tenets of The
Truth of the Way of the Lumière Infinie are spelled out in detail on
this web site by the author. Violent acts against individuals due to their
religious beliefs in America is considered a "hate crime."
This web site
in no way condones violence. To the contrary the intent here is to reduce the
violence that is already occurring due to the international corporate cartels
desire to control the human race. The international corporate cartel already
controls the world economic system, corporate media worldwide, the global
industrial military entertainment complex and is responsible for the collapse
of morals, the elevation of self-centered behavior and the destruction of
global ecosystems. Civilization is based on coöperation. Coöperation
does not occur at the point of a gun.
American social mores and values
have declined precipitously over the last century as the corrupt international
cartel has garnered more and more power. This power rests in the ability to
deceive the populace in general through corporate media by pressing emotional
buttons which have been preprogrammed into the population through prior mass
media psychological operations. The results have been the destruction of the
family and the destruction of social structures that do not adhere to the
corrupt international elites vision of
a perfect world. Through
distraction and coercion the direction of thought of the bulk of the population
has been directed toward solutions proposed by the corrupt international elite
that further consolidates their power and which further their purposes.
